Reluma – Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Reluma. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your orders to the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States (US), what shipping methods we use, and what you can expect from us.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship our products to customers in:
- United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
- United States of America (all 50 states)
If you are located outside these regions, please contact us to check availability before placing an order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been authorised (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are excluded).
If your order is placed during a sale or promotion, please allow additional time for processing.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
United States
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They cannot be guaranteed, as once the parcel is with the carrier external factors (customs, weather, strikes) may cause delays.
4. Shipping Costs & Duties
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the weight/size of your parcel and the selected shipping method. The exact cost will be calculated and shown during checkout.
For orders shipped internationally (UK ↔ US):
- You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees associated with your order.
- We do not currently cover these fees unless explicitly stated.
5. Order Tracking & Delivery Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details where available. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly with the carrier.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or non‐delivery due to incorrect address details.
6. Problems with Your Shipment
- If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 5 days of delivery, attaching photographs of the damage or missing items.
- If your parcel appears to be lost (not delivered within the expected timeframe), please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
- Once the parcel has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for transit delays or loss passes to the carrier (unless we have agreed otherwise in writing).
7. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses in some cases. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address, at our discretion.
Certain goods may be subject to additional restrictions when shipped internationally—please see the individual product description for special notes.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Your purchase will be subject to the version in effect at the time your order is placed.
