These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from Reluma (we, us, our) and your relationship with us when you place an order via our website and related services. By placing an order or using our site, you accept and agree to these Terms.

2. Applicability & Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to individuals who purchase products from us for personal, non-commercial use. If you buy on behalf of a business or for resale, the rights you have may differ and a business-to-business contract may apply instead.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you are offering to purchase the goods listed in the order. Once we accept your order, you will receive a confirmation by email which indicates our acceptance. At that point, a binding contract is formed between you and Reluma.

3.1 Product Availability & Description

We endeavour to ensure that all products listed are accurate and available. However, product descriptions, pricing, availability and images may change without notice. If we cannot supply you with the goods (for example due to low stock or discontinuation) we will inform you and refund any payment made.

4. Price & Payment

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable UK VAT for UK customers; for US customers, applicable sales tax may be added. Payment must be made in full at the time of order via authorised payment methods.

5. Delivery

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify at checkout. The estimated delivery times and shipping costs are set out at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the specified address.

6. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

Our returns, refund and returns policy is set out separately in our Returns & Refunds Policy. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK or US consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software) is the property of Reluma or licensed to us and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • All products are supplied “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (other than rights you may have under applicable consumer law).
  • Our liability for any goods you purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant goods.
  • We exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including but not limited to loss of profit, data or business interruption). However, nothing in these Terms will limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

 

If you are a UK consumer, some of these exclusions may not apply to you as your statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited. You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related legislation. Likewise, US consumers may have state statutory rights that cannot be waived.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:

  • For UK customers: the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
  • For US customers: the laws of the state in which Reluma is registered (or a state you specify) shall apply and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting revised Terms on our website. The revised Terms will apply to orders placed after the date of posting. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

11. General

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under the applicable law, it shall be deemed deleted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms and the contract between you and us constitute the entire agreement and supersede all previous representations, negotiations or arrangements, whether written or oral.
  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
